Inside a classroom, hotel or office, the details make all the difference. Genesis Products provides contract assemblies manufactured to align perfectly with your overall design.
Our engineers can create custom designs, collaborate with you to draw up blueprints, or manufacture to your specifications. No matter how the project begins, Genesis provides complete manufacturing capabilities which might otherwise require our customers to partner with multiple outsourcers. From complex tables to simple components, we have the capability to carry each project from concept to creation.
Fully Assembled Fixtures
Genesis was selected by a leading Store Fixture OEM as its outsourcing partner for a fully assembled casegoods program. The complex program included lamination of high-gloss acrylic panels, intricate CNC work for shelves and glass panes for doors. The fully assembled pieces shipped from our Elkhart facility directly to the end customer.
Setting up a dedicated manufacturing cell for a specific product line is right in our wheel-house. Instead of investing in specialized equipment and training a team of employees, a premier office furniture manufacturer turned to Genesis for their occasional table program. The OEM supplied our team with designs and manufacturing specifications. Genesis engineers programmed our equipment and trained a team to execute to the OEMs specifications. This cell continues to operate and support our customer to meet demand.
