Our story
It started as a love of the road and a passion for creating better solutions for the RV market. Our expertise in high-volume commercial lamination and wood products helped us quickly become a trusted supplier to a growing number of industries with mission-critical services including just-in-time manufacturing (RV), custom product development, domestic outsourcing and supply chain management.
Today, Genesis serves Fortune 200 companies and innovative manufacturers of all sizes with in-house design and engineering, world-class materials expertise and more than a million square feet of leading-edge manufacturing facilities.

Explore our History
Genesis, LLC was founded as a panel lamination specialist for RV Interiors with a simple vision: change the way suppliers add value and service the industry.
Early success allowed us to add profile wrapping, kitchen cabinets and hollow core passage doors to our offering. By 2006, Genesis was named to Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America.
As our expertise and reputation grew, we expanded into panel processing and engineered components. Our first company acquisition offered a presence on the East Coast, plus added capabilities in residential furniture, drawer parts and bed frame components.
Always looking to better serve our customers, we traveled abroad to investigate alternative materials. We introduced a more lightweight, sustainable plywood to the American RV market and formed a strategic partnership with Voehringer; a respected industry leader in Europe.
With the acquisition of Welformed and, later, InsulCoustic, we added new material and forming capabilities, like 3D molded PET composites, acoustic and thermal solutions for new industries like fleet vehicles, heavy truck, agriculture and construction vehicles. We also led RV-industry trends, introducing laminate cabinet doors and high-end M&T passage doors.
In a major commitment to the future, we invested in building our own plant from the ground up on our Goshen campus. The Plant 8 project also featured a dedicated Customer Design Center and corresponded with the beginning of our Manufacturing Excellence journey.
Keeping pace with changing trends and technologies, we introduced several new, high-performing products, including curved Euro-style doors, PET 3D acoustic ceiling tiles and a full package of solid surface countertop options for the RV industry and beyond.
We celebrated two decades with the same commitment to doing bigger and better: breaking ground on our 10th plant, unveiling our new PUR lamination line and putting resources in our residential cabinet door fabrication capabilities. Because the best way to honor our past is to invest in our future.
