The science of hidden comfort
Control noise and manage cabin temperature with engineered precision.
Comfort starts with what you don’t see. Our acoustic and thermal materials integrate into floors, walls and engine compartments to address noise and heat at the source. Using engineered fiber, foam, foil and damping materials these solutions are a practical way to improve the experience inside the RV without complicating the build.
Engineered for comfort
Uncontrolled heat and noise degrade comfort, performance and perceived vehicle quality. Our engineered acoustic and thermal treatments help manufacturers design better, more refined interiors. Explore our full line of solutions to enhance thermal stability, acoustic control and customer satisfaction.
Between 20+ years of RV manufacturing experience and our in-house acoustic and thermal engineers, we know what works. From materials and testing to agile prototyping and production, our offering is calibrated to the RV industry, meaning you get exactly what you need, every time.

We manufacture our solutions right here in Elkhart County and focus on domestic sourcing, prioritizing fast and seamless service to align with your project timelines. Our products are offered pre-cut or can be tailored to your needs with custom-cuts for turn-key solutions.
Acoustic treatments help create a quieter, more refined interior by targeting the different ways unwanted sound enters and moves through an RV. Our solutions can damp panel vibration, reduce sound transmission or minimize buzzes and squeaks within the cabin. The result is less distraction from road and engine noise, and a reprieve from generators and noisy neighbors.
Reduce vibration, improve acoustics
Minimize buzzes and squeaks and create a more comfortable ride with our polyester fiber liner made from 50% recycled materials. When stationary, acoustic liners also reduce the reverberation inside the cabin or open coach areas, improving overall sound quality whether enjoying conversation or your favorite tunes.
Engineered quiet for better comfort
With an additional layer of acoustic foam, this option is ideal for spaces that produce considerable noise. As a bonus, this material will act as a radiant heat barrier and provide significant thermal insulation.
Precision damping for every drive
Acoustic shielding acts as a damper that reduces noise from vehicle panels due to high vibration levels. Additionally, shielding can enhance the performance and quality of your vehicle’s audio system.

Thermal treatments help maintain a more consistent interior environment by slowing and reflecting heat before it reaches occupied spaces. From lightweight fiber insulation for walls and roofs to high-temperature shielding near mechanical systems, we offer solutions for both everyday temperature control and demanding all-weather applications.
Optimize cabin performance
This compressed fiber with foil scrim helps reflect radiant heat to preserve the desired temperature inside the cabin. Ideal for floors, it also improves sound-blocking from external noise.
All-weather protection, all-day comfort
This lofted polyester fiber is thermal foil facing and ideal for areas that need improved insulation against extreme conditions. This material also acts as a radiant heat barrier. Perfect for all-weather models, this can be applied in structural or component applications for increased comfort.
Engineered for extreme climates
This lightweight, lofted polyester fiber provides improved thermal insulation against extreme climate conditions. This product is made of 65% recycled material, and is free of fiberglass requiring no PPE for installation. This alternative to fiberglass or wool offers increased and stackable R-value, adding elevated comfort to interior spaces. Ideal for all-weather models this insulator is great for wet area applications.
Advanced heat management
This radiant heat barrier is ideal for insulating parts and components with a service temperature up to 300°F for regular Thermal Shield, or up to 400°F for Thermal Shield Plus. Internal components can radiate significant heat which can impact both the comfort of interior spaces, as well as long-term maintenance of other internal parts.
